Our Commitment
Akamai Studio Holdings is committed to conducting business with integrity and transparency. We provide this Ethics Channel so that employees, suppliers, business partners, and the general public can report conduct that violates our policies, regulations, or applicable law.
When to use this channel
Use this channel when you become aware of:
- Conflicts of interest
- Bribery or corruption
- Privacy or information security violations
- Harassment or discrimination
- Financial misconduct or fraud
- Non-compliance with internal policies or applicable law
- Any other ethical concern
Do I need to identify myself?
No. Reports can be made anonymously. If you choose to remain anonymous, your identity will not be disclosed under any circumstances.
How to submit a report
You can submit a report by emailing ethics@zatlas.com or by completing the Ethics reporting form.
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality and investigated by the appropriate team.
How we protect you
We take the safety of reporters seriously. The following safeguards apply to every report:
- Strict access control — only the individuals directly responsible for handling the case may access its contents. Reports are never shared beyond that circle without a documented reason.
- Confidentiality by default — even if you choose to identify yourself, your identity will not be disclosed to the subject of the report or to uninvolved parties.
- Anonymous reporting — if you submit anonymously, no attempt will be made to identify you, including through technical means such as IP tracking or device fingerprinting.
- No retaliation — see our Non-retaliation policy below.
Investigation and resolution process
Once a report is received, the following process applies:
- Acknowledgment — you will receive confirmation that your report was received within 5 business days (if you provided contact details).
- Triage — the report is reviewed to assess its scope and severity, and assigned to the appropriate team for investigation.
- Investigation — conducted independently and impartially. This may involve interviews, document review, and consultation with relevant teams. The subject of the report is not informed of the details until the investigation warrants it.
- Conclusion — findings are documented. Where misconduct is confirmed, appropriate corrective or disciplinary action is taken.
- Closure & feedback — if you provided contact details, you will be informed of the outcome to the extent permitted by confidentiality obligations.
Investigations typically conclude within 30 to 60 business days, depending on complexity.
Non-retaliation policy
Akamai Studio Holdings prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. Any retaliation will itself be treated as a violation of this policy.
